Now is the time to act. We can’t put it off any longer. We have to stop saying, ‘Oh, isn’t it difficult?’ and just get on with it.

I don’t think we need to have another referendum, but what we can do is have [re-joining the EU] in the manifesto and then people can have a choice.

What we could do is the same as the Dutch have done, which is they provide parts of the F-35s, and what you have to do is send the parts off to America, and America use those parts to build the F-35.
