Friends, I promise this. We will use our G20 presidency next year to meet our responsibilities and mobilise the world, building on the great achievements on debt and development of the last Labour government.

Miliband described the escalating settler violence against Palestinians as “ethnic cleansing” perpetrated by “settler terrorists”, and said members of the Israeli military were “complicit”.

We need action on developing country debt through the MDBs.

The global financial system and indeed the global order is failing to serve developing countries on debt, on resilience and on climate. This is not just against our values but against our national interest.
