I admire the amendment of the Senator from Massachusetts and I plan to vote for it, but there is not so much admiration for my amendment by some Senators. I wish to have a rollcall vote on it because I think it is time it became the law, and it has already been passed here before. So I will require a rollcall vote on my amendment.
