This will be a government grounded in fiscal responsibility. It will stick to the fiscal rules, but at the same time, we will help reduce cost-of-living pressure on our constituents, and that's the approach that we will take.

I was proud of the reception that the UK gave to the Ukrainian president yesterday.
This is me making an offer to the Scottish Government. With us working together, there is no limit to what we can achieve for the Scottish people.
Obviously, it’s been a difficult few days for President Zelensky, and that’s why I invited him to the UK to give him that lift, and to see what more we could do.
