Your country will never forget the extraordinary service you have performed.

Over 400,000 Americans died in the service of our Nation.

Each of you who wears our nation's uniform makes an invaluable contribution to the safety, security, and well-being of the United States and of the entire world.

We honor your patriotism, your service, and your sacrifice.

We must remember not only those who died for their service to their country but for how they were loved.

I appreciate their willingness to serve.

I would say that the 200 years that the Coast Guard has been there for America and her people have been well rewarded by the work that has been done for America in these last few days.

I had an opportunity to see people who were serving this country and people who are living here and working hard, making our jobs possible.

I urge all Americans to join me on this special day to celebrate the significant gains that NYSP's 25 years of service has provided to these children.
