I'd like to see us expand family leave.

But let me tell you, to me this election is about big, big things.

We must decide whether we're going to meet perhaps the biggest challenge of this new age for ordinary families.

I think we're right and they're wrong, and I want you to decide and help us build a safe bridge to the 21st century.

I believe in Washington, DC, the most underappreciated public servant in the United States Senate is Harry Reid of Nevada.

That is why I was so upset when hatred of the Federal Government led to the tragedy of Oklahoma City.

We must not be distracted from the big issues here.

I want to say a special word of thanks to the Saxophone Club, to the DC Chapter, and to Bennet Kelley.

This election is in 7 days.

I believe we are closer to that vision today than we were 4 years ago, and I ask you to stay on the right track to build our bridge to the 21st century.

I have decided to correct such technical errors.

The toughest crime bill in history with all the law enforcement organizations in the country behind it, and they wouldn't help.

We're going to do the right thing and balance the budget and build that bridge to the 21st century.

I want you to help us build that future.

We dare not let that happen here.

We're going to say to each other, 'You’re part of our America.'

We're not going to walk away from these children.

Just think what we could do.
