I think Dick Riley's worth the money.

My strategy is eliminating yesterday's Government to meet the demands of today and tomorrow.

Our job here is to expand opportunity, not bureaucracy— to empower people to make the most of their own lives.

We're creating a leaner, not a meaner, Government.

I think it requires some investment of taxpayer money in the areas of particularly basic health care and nutrition.

I think that this—when I submit the budget, I think it'll be the beginning of a very positive thing.

I'm committed to making welfare what it was meant to be, a second chance, not a way of life.

I ask you to fight to keep the reforms that we've put in place and the programs that you've relied on over the years.

We do not want to see overall cuts in education programs.

We hear you. We will work together to earn the jobs you have given us.

Is it good for the American people?

Again we are here in the sanctuary of democracy, and once again our democracy has spoken.
