I have determined that it is necessary to continue the national emergency with respect to Libya.

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, I hereby direct the following:

I hereby order: sections 1 and 2 of Executive Order 13067 are revoked.

I am continuing for 1 year the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13660.

I declared a national emergency pursuant to the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.

I am continuing for 1 year the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13288.

The Memorandum also directs agencies to prioritize building a more inclusive Federal workforce that is reflective of the diversity of our Nation.

A more diverse and inclusive Federal workforce also creates a more welcoming experience for all Americans, no matter their background or where they live.

I probably would have supported a single-payer system because it's just easier to—for people to understand and manage.

That's not acceptable.

The fact that under this past administration was of which Hillary Clinton was a part, we've almost doubled the national debt is atrocious.

We're going to have to do more than we already are doing.
