It can only be met the way these companies are doing it, with communities, businesses, governments, teachers, parents, and students all joining together.

I call upon government officials, educators, community organizations, and all the people of the United States to observe this month with appropriate programs, ceremonies, and activities paying tribute to the extraordinary diversity and artistry of classical music.
