I do not believe America would be stronger if we denied tens of thousands of young children the chance to be in the Head Start program.

That's not the kind of America I want to live in.

I want to begin by telling you that I am hopeful about America.

We wish for all of our children a drug-free America.

This has been a good deal for America.

The beginning of a new school year is a time of renewal and anticipation for families, educators, and communities across America.
