One of my concerns, and it may be my circumstance in life, at my age in life, it troubles me a bit that the solution of providing knowledge to people is through the internet.

It has disappointed me, surprised me the number of times in which a veteran does not know what his or her resources are.

There are veterans' representatives in the audience and I will explore with them what role the VSOs play in directing veterans to particular places for help.
