Following his passing last year, I was honored to assume first sponsorship of the bill, and I did not hesitate to co-sponsor the legislation when Representative Peltola asked me to do so earlier this summer.

I have been proud to work with Chairwoman Foxx, Chairman Comer, Chairman Thompson, and the rest of the Minnesota republican delegation in conducting oversight of the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Minnesota Department of Education.
