I unequivocally condemn the threats and violence against ICE agents.

This is about respecting law enforcement as professionals, but having high professional standards.

Federal troops are not welcome in the city, and that crime is coming down.

I’m going to be focused on earning their votes and earning their trust.

I’m taking responsibility for this situation, and I’m also not going to back down from fighting back for California, from being tough.
