I have called on the Postal Service to pause these changes until it can show they won't undermine the agency's primary responsibility to provide timely and reliable service to the community.

I remain concerned about these changes. There's no clear evidence that shows the changes will improve service in the long run.

Veterans need access to their medication. They get that primarily from mail service and that has to be a continued focus for the Postal Service.
