He's making it sound like that and we know in the past there have been court orders in his first presidency, for instance, on immigration and other cases where they did follow the orders.

But the point is, the Constitution is the Constitution and if they start running amok with this, we will be in a crisis.

The checks and balances are working. What is not working is the way that the executive is behaving.

We are seeing an executive branch that has decided that they are no longer going to abide by the Constitution.

What we are witnessing is a constitutional crisis.
