I think you have got a problem. It could be over funding. It could be maybe incompetency perhaps in taking this out.

All we are looking for is that balance.

In my view, without the Stream Protection Rule, we would be allowing the coal industry to continue business as usual.

Basically this rule takes an awful lot of the resources this country has had and it has depended on over the years basically out of any type of production.

Now the Administration is trying to stop low cost energy and good paying jobs at the mine itself with the Stream Protection Rule.
