Resiliency, I can't think of a single county in Florida that doesn't have resiliency as a top priority.

I still think the State and local boards, the work force boards, are where the rubber meets the road in most of our communities.

Senator Carper had asked us a couple of months ago to pull together a focus group in our rural part of the State, because they were so frustrated with EDA.
