I think we can sit down and compromise and get to some final solution, if you would call it.

We must eliminate the mandatory five-month waiting period for disability benefits, as my friend John Larson's Social Security 2100 Act would do.

I want to continue your last line of questioning. I associate myself with what you were saying and what you are implying here, because this is not simply going to be solved by putting more resources and money.
