This overreach is just un-American. This is not who we are as Americans to take someone — a father in Houston, Texas, and murder him.

The far West Side of Manhattan has a storied history as a vibrant, inclusive community, and this proposal will carry that legacy forward by building for a more affordable future.

Because New York is the kind of state that wants to not just be first, but be the first to get it right. So what we do here will certainly be a model for other states.

I don't want our local ratepayers, who are already dealing with sky-high utility bills, to have to be burdened with the cost of basically subsidizing these huge massive centers.

We understand the power of AI, but I don't want our young people to feel that this innovation is leaving them behind. They have to be part of it.

I challenge them to come up with this solution or there will be a backlash against them.

We cannot leave these young people behind.

It has made all of us so proud to be New Yorkers, proud to be Americans.

This is really a renaissance for New York.

Distant wildfires have impacted New York State in recent years, and this week unfortunately will be no different with expected hazy skies and poor air quality.

Over the last decade, land access challenges have contributed to Nevada’s housing crisis.

To be clear, I recognize the importance and value of retaining public lands, but there must also be reasonable, predictable, and efficient processes for land disposal under appropriate circumstances.

Nevada has repeatedly turned to federal legislation to solve these challenges.

Federal assistance will provide critical support as communities continue repairing essential infrastructure and recovering from these devastating storms.

As we transition to a cleaner energy future, we must make sure that every family, especially those struggling with high utility bills, can share the benefits.

This legislative session shows what is possible when we stay focused on solving real problems and putting people first.

Together, we have enacted laws that will strengthen our communities, expand opportunity and improve the quality of life for people across Hawaiʻi.
