First of all, I think it’s a bizarre response, but I also don’t know that that guy speaks for President Putin or for the Russian government.

I really think there are two big questions for the Iranians here.

the difference is that back then, we had dumb presidents, and now we have a president who actually knows how to accomplish America’s national security objectives.

What we did is we destroyed the Iranian nuclear program.

Simple principle: Iran can’t have a nuclear weapon.

That determination was legitimate, and the president’s going to do it again if he has to, but hopefully it won’t be necessary.

And I think what the Ninth Circuit said very clearly is when the president makes a determination, you’ve got to send in certain federal officials to protect people.

Anytime we make a mistake we correct that very quickly.
