I introduced a bill to reauthorize SDPI for another seven years.

SDPI is an excellent example of the difference investing in preventative care can make for whole communities.

The point of the question I think was how widespread is the preventative service in all the facilities with SDPI?

It would be unthinkable for the United States to fail to fully comply with contractual obligations to other treaty parties without consequence.
