There being no objection, the text of the bill was ordered to be printed in the Record, as follows: S. 738 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. E-RATE SUPPORT FOR SCHOOL BUS WI-FI. (a) Definition.--In this section, the term ``school bus'' means a passenger motor vehicle that is-- (1) designed to carry a driver and not less than 5 passengers; and (2) used significantly to transport early child education, elementary school, or secondary school students to or from school or an event related to school.
