SDPI is an excellent example of the difference investing in preventative care can make for whole communities.
One of the biggest problems we have in Indian Country is the lack of nutritional education.
SDPI has been flat funded for over a decade now despite the high return on investment.
I think on some of the reservations you see failing health but they do have access to fresh produce and stuff like that.
