Just because you say you're going to shake up a place, doesn't mean that you should put in someone who literally has no qualifications at all.

This is not the right way to proceed in a situation like this.

This is ridiculous. We had a deal, and then they blew it up. And why did they blow it up? They didn't blow it up for any good reason.

I do think that maybe we're in an age where a personal valor doesn't matter in the military anymore, but I don't think we're there yet.
