Just because you say you're going to shake up a place, doesn't mean that you should put in someone who literally has no qualifications at all.

But she does need to create this distance from Biden because Biden has never taken credit for energy under his administration.

I think it's a big deal -- I do just want to say the risk of being controversial, I do think that women need to be protected from people like Donald Trump.

This is not the right way to proceed in a situation like this.
