If you get stepped on and if you and the scientists at the CDC for any reason feel like you are not able to lead with public health or you`re not able to say what you think needs to be done, if you get into some politically uncomfortable positions with the new administration -- which I don`t expect, but if it happens -- please know that you`ve got an open door here to tell the public what`s going on.
