Eight senators and 139 Republican members of the House, including the Republican leader of the House, Kevin McCarthy, were attacking the Constitution in that building on Wednesday and they continued attacking the Constitution after the invasion.
O'Donnell criticized Republican leaders for their actions during the Capitol invasion, suggesting they violated their oaths to uphold the Constitution.
