Joe Biden is going to be the president and he has made it clear that he intends to be actively the president for everyone. And that's a good thing. It's necessary thing because we've got a vicious virus to fight, every one of us, so that we can get back to our normal lives and out of our basements.

Unfortunately, that advice was either not shared with the rest of the party or just wholly ignored, because, by and large, the party that under Trump lost control of the House and the Senate and the White House is still standing behind him.
It is disgusting, but not entirely surprising, that the state’s Republican governors and their state legislatures have consistently failed Mississippi’s most vulnerable.
Just treat him like you would treat any other American, because guess what? When you’re not president, you’re just a regular person and you’re subject to all the same laws as we are.
