He needs maximum enthusiasm, determination. He needs black women to not just give him 90 percent of their votes, but to come out, in record numbers, the way that they did for Obama. And what gets you that? The opportunity to make history with a black woman, to put this black woman into the seat of power, in the center of power, black women will be in formation for this ticket.
