In every single budget request the Trump Administration has put out, it has proposed massive spending cuts to programs that allow public housing authorities to address their most pressing capital needs.
What we were able to achieve in Wellston was because it was a community-wide effort.
This Administration is pushing PAJs to eliminate their public housing altogether and replace it with vouchers or other forms of assistance.
At the end of the day, all of America benefits when our financial system ensures that access to responsible credit is nondiscriminatory, transparent and safe for business and individual consumers.
