In Grand Junction, CO, Homefront Heroes was organized to answer the needs of spouses and family members left behind by deployed soldiers from across the Western Slope of Colorado. On March 29, 2004 the following resolution was passed by the Grand Junction City Council, commemorating the first rally for the troops organized by Homefront Heroes during the Spring of 2003.
