The Colorado Water Congress sets a policy and makes it available to all of our offices, and I have not seen any poll stating, and I do not believe one has been put out from the Colorado Water Congress that says this particular bill is going to interfere with interstate commerce or the Colorado River Compact, and certainly I would suspect that they would probably very strongly support what is in this bill.
