Vladimir Kara-Murza: “Boris Nemtsov called the Magnitsky Act, and I quote, 'the most pro-Russian law in the history of any foreign parliament'”

This is not a war where two sides are somehow at fault.

For years and years, Vladimir Putin was a danger to us, to the people of Russia. He`s now a danger to the whole world, and he needs to be stopped.

As we discussed earlier, we believe that sanction tools such as the Magnitsky Act should not be exclusively used to countries like Russia.

The only strategic endgame to this... is to have this deranged, murderous dictator out of power.
