I certainly would have no objection to that. That was my understanding. I think we ought to have a full debate. I assume the Democrats are going to vote for the resolution I have offered. If they have something else they want to offer, fine. Let's have a full debate on it. Maybe that will begin a process that will lead to some changes in the way we are doing things. I hope for the best.
