He knows what is available and what should be available to FEMA for housing-type programs. Clearly those funds are flowing. We do need to prospectively for the future have additional funds. But the money is there. I have spoken to the head of FEMA, James Lee Witt, to ask him that specific question. I have asked him, ``Do you need to do something more; something different? You do have the money, don't you? You do have temporary housing available, don't you? If you do not, we would like to help make sure that you have that temporary housing money available and the temporary housing available.'' So I think the Senator makes a very good point.”
