I do want to say, Mr. President, for the Record, and I note Senator Daschle is also very interested in this, that I am very pleased we were able to get this legislation through the whole process. There was a lot of work by Senators on both sides of the aisle. I believe this will be one of the two or three important bills we passed this year, because it will help with foster care and adoption. I commend all Senators.
