The Senator has no doubt the hearings can begin, go forward, without impeding the separate investigation by the special counsel? You have indicated we would not intend to grant immunity to witnesses. Clearly you can go forward without doing that. That was the only point that was raised by the majority leader, concern about going forward, that I heard. Without granting immunity, what is the problem?
