That is good news. I might conclude by saying I had a good discussion late yesterday afternoon with the Democratic leader, Senator Daschle, and he joined me in expressing the feeling this is going to have very broad bipartisan support. I am glad to hear that and I hope we can get it quickly through the other body and to the President for his signature. Thank you for your leadership, Senator Warner, and I yield the floor.
