I want to clarify a point. As author of this legislation and as a member of the Commerce Committee where this legislation originated--I am a member of that committee--does the Senator object to having banking representation as a part of this conference? I note that the House bill has several provisions that are clearly banking-type provisions. Does the Senator see a problem with that?
