this would require a report regarding space launch vehicle test facilities. The report would address duplication between the Air Force and NASA in the area of hydrogen engine testing. I am concerned that we have not adequately coordinated these activities and I believe that additional information is required. I am hopeful that the Secretary of Defense, in consultation with the Administrator of NASA, will provide a useful report as a guide to possible efficiencies. I urge my colleagues to support this amendment.
