My recommendation to the Congress and to the president would be, quit campaigning, quit having press conferences. Sit down at a round table and negotiate a deal.

I just want to say, thank you to you and other media people. They're doing a great job. They're down there sweating and crying with us. I want to thank the volunteers and everybody that's trying to help us. And all I got to everybody else…
