I am glad to yield to my friend, the gentleman from Illinois. Mr. LaHOOD. Mr. Speaker, I thank the gentleman for yielding. I agree with everything you have said, Mr. Lantos. My only problem is, why not give the same kind of consideration in the resolution to the common, ordinary, decent people of Lebanon who are being hurt by these attacks? That is really all we were asking earlier on when we presented a resolution to the majority leader's office.
