China says--and I think it is borne out by their actions--that they do not support North Korea as a nuclear weapons state and that they wish to see the entire Korean Peninsula denuclearized.

This would become an issue of extraordinary concern and division between ourselves and our P5+1 colleagues.

The agreement is important to both governments. It serves as a commitment to each other that we are both determined to remain both technical and commercial leaders in the global nuclear power industry.

The policy without professionals is by definition an amateur policy. You have to help make the choices that bring this country forward.
