Today, we must have the opportunity to come together with a united voice in this House for fairness. We can deliver immediate relief for those who need it. It would be a monumental win for millions of families across our country.

It is all the more important now that we continue to hold true to our shared values as Russia and China seek to expand their influence.

The purpose of this hearing is to discuss U.S. policy toward Europe and NATO, as well as U.S. and allied support to Ukraine.
