We support the people of Iran. Our issue is with the government of Iran, and they are using the people's resources on nuclear development.

I strongly encourage Congress to use the $455 billion in unused funds from the CARES Act to pass an additional bill with bipartisan support.

There is no question in my mind that the sanctions on Iran is what led Iran to come to the table.
