I commend my friend from Connecticut for taking the time tonight. I thank him for sharing some of that time with me. I commend him for his eloquence. But mostly, now, I commend him for the work he has done to prepare this legislation. Mr. Speaker, I hope that all of our colleagues will join in this because there is not a town in America that would not benefit from this legislation. I commend the gentleman from Connecticut (Mr. Larson) for the hard work he has put into preparing this and his energy in finding cosponsors and moving the legislation along.
