It is not clear in people's minds how to deal with it, but they know we must deal with it. It is not just a political issue on a list of items. It is not just another item for a plank in a political platform. This is fundamental to our democracy. It is fundamental to our system of government and people understand that. That is why this is of utmost importance. So that we can be able, so that we can deal with these other tough problems that we as a country face. We have got to get on with it.”
