I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of subtitle A of title IV, add the following new section: SEC. 405. NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE ESTIMATE ON THE IMPACT OF REVOLUTIONS IN NORTH AFRICA AND THE MIDDLE EAST. Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of National Intelligence shall submit to Congress a national intelligence estimate on the impact of the recent revolutions in North Africa and the Middle East on the security of the State of Israel. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 392, the gentleman from New Jersey (Mr. Holt) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from New Jersey.
