I rise in support of this. There are few things that we can point to that have more of an effect on a student's performance than personal attention from teachers, and this is critically important. I have with me here today in Washington representatives of school boards from across central New Jersey, and they have pointed out again and again, wherever I go, whenever I visit schools, that class size is getting the better of them. They want, help and we should be helping them. This is important across the country and we must do It.
