(3) Section 809(c)(1) of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 3789d(c)(1)) (relating to prohibition of discrimination). (4) Section 210401(a) of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 (42 U.S.C. 14141(a)) (relating to unlawful police pattern or practice). Mr. HOLT (during the reading).
